The Idea of ‘Fake It Till You Make It’...
In the 1970s, a scientist named Daryl Bem first came up with the idea of ‘fake it till you make it.’
He asked volunteers to write about a position they didn’t believe in, and soon enough, they were all about it.
In 2010, Amy Cuddy ran a study where people who took a power pose for 2 minutes started to find extra power—rising testosterone levels and lower cortisol levels.
All that after just 2 minutes of fakery.
So, what about you?
What’s something you could fake today to start making it tomorrow?
What mindset, habit, or identity could you adopt to push yourself closer to your goals?

See you tomorrow.
