How to Delete Your Data from Accountable Deep

We respect your right to privacy. If you’ve used the app or website and want to delete all of your personal data, follow the steps below.

🧹 What "Deleting Your Data" Means

Deleting your data will permanently remove:

• Your name, email, and any contact info

• Intake form answers and coaching history

• Scheduling details

• Any notes or interactions associated with your account

Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.

📝 How to Request Data Deletion

1. Email us at:

2. Use the subject line:
   “Data Deletion Request”

3. Include this info in your email:

   • The email address associated with your account

   • (Optional) A brief note confirming that you want all personal data deleted

⏱ When Will Your Data Be Deleted?

• All your data will be permanently deleted within 5 business days

• You’ll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete

🔐 What If You Used a Coaching Form But Didn’t Create an Account?

Even if you only submitted answers through a coaching intake form or a scheduler, we can still remove your information. Please follow the same steps above.
